Tulips don't need much water: in fact, even the natural water from the sky is sufficient for most tulips to get by on. We therefore strongly advice you not to water the tulips unnless you're in a period of serious dry weather in which case some minimal watering might be required. Tulips are naturally used to dry climates so they don't need overly much water, in fact too much water causes them to lose their chance to return next year.
